Android Mod Loader

Hello Rusjj, I'm happy that VC finally got AML support as it really needed it, and I wanted to give you a few fix suggestions if your interested:
- The Mobile version is slower than the other versions for some reason and I'm not talking about lag, the gameplay itself is just too slow.
- The FPS limiter doesn't work so you can't limit the game to 30 FPS.
- An option to lose weapons after getting Wasted/Busted.
- In the Mobile version bike physics have been changed, it's now alot harder to fall off which is not how it's supposed to be.

Lastly, this isn't a fix but if it's possible to add manual aiming into the game, that would be awesome.
