These are default permissions for the game. Don't allow them if you don't like it and I'm pretty sure it's gonna work.
Network access: on some phones it's crashing just because of a bad OS. It should work and it does.

You can disable "Directional light" which is turned on by default and applied on cars. It's very dark because illumination values in your timecyc are too big (if I'm not mistaken)
