Android Mod Loader

I need some help, do I need other mods in order to make the GPS work? Cause as of now it doesn't work and I have tried different methods like troubleshooting and stuff unless i'm doing something wrong. I'm currently using v2.10 FLA 7.6 and have the latest CLEO mod and SAUtils installed any advice or help will be greatly appreciated

So far I only had a couple of mods downloaded from cheeseburger's and everything is up to date, Only collectibles on radar works for me and I had already tried reinstalling everything from scratch including this and still nothing. Could you please provide atleast a guide on how to properly install this mod? Yes obv put it inside the mods folder directory that's exactly what I did and still nothing

Doesn't work with 2.00, I checked the mods settings but there was no way for me to change how the radar looks do I need another mod that changes the shape of the radar for this to work?
