Why the boat traffic include police boat during wanted level chase is not spawning when I enable "FixStreamingDistScale"? If I disabled it, the boat traffic will spawn rapidly. However, the Ambulance, Firetruck and Air Traffic are not spawning. How to make Boat traffic and Ambulance, Firetruck and Air Traffic spawn at the same time during in-game?
