Is this happening with JPatch? You have something installed.

Disable "FixStreamingDistance" in a JPatch config file and tell me if it works. Also please tell me what's the VC version you're playing

Could you please fix the issue with the vehicle models in the game? The lod texture changes to the correct one too close to me. Also i don't have any cars on the street unless i turn off FixStreamingDistance. What about it?
I'm on 1.12
1) When I disable FixStreamingDistance, the no. of peds drops to almost 0, I could only find one. Traffic fixed...
2) When I enable it, I can still see two to five peds around but traffic density drops again...

(Edit : Disabled BuffPedsDistance & FixStreamingDistance, it works fine!!!)
