Information:
ViceSkies is bringing back sky effects that were cut from the game: low clouds, fluffy clouds, moon, stars and a rainbow.
Do you think that's all? No! It also improves them! A LOT.

v1.1 is out - if you have JPatch v1.5 and newer installed in Vice City, please update it.

In GTA VC version 1.12, the clouds in the sky are red! This problem does not exist in version 1.09!

That's why we have new versions available for download.
